These terms and conditions form part of the agreement between the Agent and Axis Holidays Private Limited.
The Payment Gateway provider will validate credit/debit card details and other information such as address, email, and contact details provided by the Agent during the transaction process.
Axis Holidays Private Limited reserves the right to modify, revise, or suspend any part of the services it provides without prior notice, and these changes will be binding on the Agent. By using this facility, the Agent is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The Agent acknowledges that when making a payment via the Payment Gateway, they will not physically sign charge slips. In case of any dispute regarding the authenticity or validity of a payment, the Agent remains liable for the outstanding amount for services booked and used.
